Gold Program - Our Harvest Gold Program is a two (2) week engagement and provides IT departments with detailed AllFusion Harvest product knowledge and a general strategy to implement software configuration management (SCM) solutions. Polaris' professional configuration management consultants will train management, SCM, Testing, and QA team members, help develop a general Software Configuration Management strategy and assist in developing a site unique prototype SCM solutions in Harvest. The Harvest Gold Program will insure a successful beginning towards controlling software development and changing requirements challenges.
